Things have are not going completely normal since the outbreak of the virus. Suppliers, manufacturers and courier services in particular are experiencing delivery problems and delays. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
We are unfortunately confronted that our parcels are handled by PostNL with delays. Due to the enormous chaos in the distribution centers, packages are only scanned after a few days. You can therefore receive a notification in the tracking that your package has not yet been received by PostNL. However, this means that the package is with PostNL, but has not yet received a scan.
Update 1 April: at the moment, is is still extremly busy. We have now deployed additional staff to dispatch the orders as quickly as possible. In order to be able to ship the packages faster, we have switched to the UPS parcel service as of March 17. They work (almost) without delays and deliver parcels from Monday to Friday.
Shipments from our suppliers still arrive with delays, because other courier services such as PostNL, DPD, DHL and GLS are also working with delays. It is therefore very difficult to predict when orders can be shipped. If you have any questions about this, it is best to give us a call. Some manufacturers have delivery problems because they use a distribution center in the UK. Brexit makes it very difficult to import goods from the UK into the EU. Affected brands include Ruffwear and Kong.
Finally, since the virus outbreak, there has been an enormous growth in the demand for pet products worldwide. Manufacturers were not prepared for this, which means that (temporarily) products turn out to be unavailable.
