Hunter Dog Collar Hilo Vario Plus Blue

Dog Collar Hilo Vario Plus Blue

Comfort and functionality come together in a design specifically tailored to the needs of active dogs. This sporty, blue dog collar offers a well-thought-out balance between innovative material performance and mechanical safety. The fresh color provides a bright contrast with the dog's coat and ensures excellent visibility during every walk.

Breathable material structure with active water cooling

The basic construction consists of a layered 3D mesh fabric with an open net structure. This high-tech textile guarantees continuous heat dissipation directly from the dog's skin, effectively preventing overheating. Furthermore, during warm summer days, this material offers a smart hydration function: by briefly immersing the collar in cold water before departure, the internal air chambers store moisture. The natural airflow during the walk then provides constant, gentle evaporative cooling that comfortably refreshes the major blood vessels in the neck.

The synthetic material is completely resistant to the absorption of organic dirt or unpleasant odors and dries in no time after an active swim.

Strategic strain relief and stepless fit

In this version, extra attention has been paid to mechanical stress. The sturdy metal D-ring for the leash is positioned so that the pulling force under tension is optimally distributed across the collar. This relieves the load on the robust side buckle, significantly increasing overall durability and preventing it from coming undone.

Using a smooth plastic slider, you can adjust the circumference steplessly and with millimeter precision to the exact neck circumference of your dog. The edges are finished all around with a flexible, soft trim that prevents chafing and does not break dog hair.

Integrated reflective strips for passive safety

Heading out safely also means being optimally visible as soon as daylight fades. Powerful reflectors are incorporated into the hem of the blue mesh material. These strips light up brightly as soon as they come into contact with headlights, bicycle lights, or streetlights. This passive safety system significantly increases the reaction speed of other road users and ensures optimal peace of mind during walks in the early morning hours or during the last evening run.

Key features:

• Integrated strain relief: Smart positioning of the D-ring that reduces pressure on the buckle when pulling.

• Ventilating 3D mesh: Featherlight and breathable textile that ensures constant ventilation and minimal strain around the cervical vertebrae.

• Refreshing evaporation function: Easily wet with water for targeted, portable cooling on hot summer days.

• Infinitely adjustable: Quickly and accurately slides to size via a slider for a stable, pressure-free fit.

• Optimal night visibility: Equipped all around with highly reflective elements that light up brightly in the dark.
