Maul Dog Collar Texas Black

Dog Collar Texas Black

This black version of the Texas series is designed for a commanding and powerful appearance. By using deep black full-grain leather on the exterior, the collar achieves an indestructible character. The interior is lined with soft black nappa leather, creating a calm, monochrome aesthetic. The silver and gold applications, combined with the characteristic pyramid elements, stand out sharply against the black background.

Mechanical durability and finishing

The technical construction is developed to withstand the forces of strong dog breeds without compromising on ergonomics:

• Hybrid leather construction: The combination of robust full-grain leather and supple nappa leather creates a balance between external protection and internal comfort. The wide lining extends slightly beneath the top layer, ensuring pressure is evenly distributed across the trachea and neck muscles.

• Tear-resistant fabric core: Invisibly embedded between the leather layers is an industrial-grade fabric band. This core is vital for safety; it prevents the natural stretch of the leather and guarantees extreme tear resistance, even during sudden tension.

• Manual saddlery assembly: Every decorative element and hardware component is manually recessed and riveted. This traditional assembly technique ensures that the applications do not cause irritation on the inside and remain securely in place for decades.

• Resilience: The black leather is deep-dyed and treated to withstand varying weather conditions. The collar requires no oil or grease; cleaning with just a damp cloth is sufficient to maintain its deep luster.

Aesthetic details

• High-contrast hardware: The interplay of gold-toned and silver-toned ornaments on the black base gives the collar a unique and luxurious profile.

• Professional finish: The edges are precision-finished and polished, making the transition between the robust exterior and the soft interior seamless.
