The collar is constructed from two layers of supple nappa leather, with the top layer featuring a sophisticated camouflage print in sand, brown, and black tones. Technical Construction and Safety

The layering of this model does not just serve aesthetics; it is essential for its mechanical strength:

• Double-layered Nappa Leather: By processing two layers of leather together, a shape-retaining base is created that fits comfortably around the neck. The edges are fully hemmed (folded inward), preventing skin irritation and providing optimal protection against coat breakage.

• Invisible Nylon Core: A tear-resistant nylon band is embedded between the leather layers. This internal core acts as an indestructible skeleton that prevents the collar from stretching under tension, ensuring the dog's safety under all circumstances.

• Artisanal Anchoring: All metal components, including the robust buckle and D-ring, are manually riveted between the leather layers. This traditional assembly technique guarantees that the connections can withstand significant pulling forces and prevents direct metal-to-neck friction.
