Shipping in December
Things have are not going completely normal since the outbreak of the virus. Suppliers, manufacturers and courier services in particular are experiencing delivery problems and delays. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
We are unfortunately confronted that our parcels are handled by PostNL with delays. Due to the enormous chaos in the distribution centers, packages are only scanned after a few days. You can therefore receive a notification in the tracking that your package has not yet been received by PostNL. However, this means that the package is with PostNL, but has not yet received a scan.
Update 22 December: currently there it is very busy. We have now deployed additional staff to dispatch the orders as quickly as possible. PostNL has set a limit for the number of parcels that we can still send per day. As a result, we cannot ship all parcels every day. Deliveries by PostNL are delayed by default. Shipments from our suppliers are also increasingly arriving with delays, because other courier services such as DPD, DHL and GLS are also faced with delays. Orders placed this week are unlikely to be delivered in time for Christmas.
Changed opening hours
We are closed from Thursday December 24 to Monday December 28.
Thursday December 31 to Tuesday January 5 we are closed due to inventory control.
Closure of manufacturers and importers
During the Christmas period, almost all manufacturers and importers at home and abroad are closed. This means that our stock is not replenished. It is therefore possible that delivery of an order will not take place until after January 4. If you want to receive your order before the holidays, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible.
You can count on us to do our outmost to ship orders as quickly as we can. Do you have a question about the delivery of your order? You can email us 24 hours a day at [email protected] or call us on 0599-858878 (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm)
